Ginny Toubal

A former RGN/degree nurse specialising in oncology, HIV/AIDS care and neurology and then having had a career at senior level in healthcare recruitment I joined St Raphael's Hospice to set up the Hospice Neighbour Service in 2014 and assist the then Volunteer Manager. I now lead the hospice Volunteer Services Dept. - we have over 500 volunteers supporting the hospice in a variety of hospice based patient facing and public facing roles, as Compassionate Neighbours in our community and in our shops. I am extremely keen on community engagement and diversifying our volunteer cohort. I am privileged to lead an inspirational team of volunteers together with my colleague Lorraine Hunt, Volunteer Services lead, Retail.
