Hi there

I just went on the Volunteering Learning Community site for the first time. I logged on as if I was a volunteer to see what it was like. I was really hoping it could be something we could adopt and all was looking good until I actually clicked through to start the Roles and Responsibilities course. It then sent me to the e Learning for Health site where I had to register (which took me a while to work out how to do) and now I am waiting for a verification email. This is all after having just registered on the Learning Community site.

I am so disappointed because there is no way many of our volunteers will be able to navigate this complicated route. Please is there any way to connect the systems or transfer the content so everything can be in just one place, with just one log on? Otherwise I don’t feel I can take this forward which is a real shame.
