Friendly Faces Volunteering – Royal United Hospital

The Friendly Faces Volunteering is a project that is being carried out at the Royal United Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and funded by the Forever Friends Appeal.

It works in partnership with Alzheimer’s Society, Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership and Research Institute for the Care of the Elderly (RICE). This is an excellent example to show how the NHS can work with different organisations to maximise the impact of volunteering.
