About Helpforce

Helpforce has existed since 2017, and in that time we’ve managed to shift understanding about the potential of volunteers to help patients and staff in hospital and in the community. And we continue to work with organisations at national, regional and community level to optimise the role of volunteering.

We do this by:

• Partnering with organisations to develop and grow impactful volunteering services
• Capturing and sharing insights about volunteering – building understanding of how to set up excellent volunteering services and making the case for growing those services
• Persuading leaders to invest in volunteering
