We are connecting the needs of NHS and social care teams with voluntary offers of help from businesses.
Does your health and social care organisation require help?
For instance with skills and capacity from company volunteers?
Are you a business with assets or services that can help?
Or available staff (pro bono or temporarily furloughed) that could volunteer their skills and experience?
Examples of requests for help and offers from companies:
Free power banks to staff in the NHS
Lifeline To The Frontline, a new initiative, has been set up to provide power banks to NHS staff and frontline workers, so they can stay powered and connected during shifts on the COVID-19 frontline.
NHS Care Packages - toiletries to NHS staff
The Sun's Fabulous magazine launches its NHS Care Package - to give toiletries to our heroic workers as a small token of gratitude. They are planning to deliver 5,000 mixed goody bags containing items such as hand lotion, lip balm and moisturiser to frontline workers. Please respond with an estimate of how many bags you would benefit from. To read about the campaign, read the article

We are now working to collate smaller bundles of pieces like 200 T-shirts or 150 pairs of trousers that can be sent to other hospitals as well as responding to a request for nightwear.

We are offering electronic tablets to support patients staying in hospital, with kind offers from the likes of Very.co.uk, and Lenovo.com. Ten tablets already donated to Imperial College Healthcare, and Lenovo.com have donated 100 free tablets.
Patient support - Mobile phones
We’re offering Feature Phones for patients within a select number of hospitals. These handsets can be used for voice calls only (not smartphones), with SIM card preloaded with 3k free minutes per month until early July. We have so far passed on over 300 handsets to four NHS hospitals.

Wellbeing support for staff
A peer-to-peer group of pilots and crew from across the airline industry can drop a team into your hospital to offer around-the-clock support to NHS staff - the chance to unwind a little and decompress before, during and after shifts. This Project has already begun at the Whittington Hospital in London, and they'd like to help more.
