The VtC agenda is about bringing together best practice in developing sustainable career pathways for volunteers that directly support the workforce needs in a particular organisation.

The group is for anyone with an interest in the subject of Volunteer to Career, whether you already manage a volunteer to career pathway or service or would like to progress this agenda in your organisation.
