Post shift response volunteer survey

This survey aims to help the volunteering service team understand the volunteers’ experience and to ensure their time is well spent. The team at West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust developed this survey during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they mobilised their response volunteers to provide general help across the Trust. Volunteers are asked to fill out the survey after every shift that they finish.
