COVID-19 – guidance for VSMs from NHS England and NHS Improvement

The NHS has drafted guidance for volunteer managers regarding NHS volunteers in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 incident. Please find this guidance attached which we hope you find useful. The key message is that volunteers still have a huge amount to offer in incident responses but also acknowledge each Trust will make their own decisions as to business continuity and delivery of services.
