Paul’s Story

I had a knee replacement a few years ago. The whole experience was made so much easier by the amazing work by doctors, nurses, volunteers. I realised during my recovery that it was time l gave a little back to the NHS.


I am now proud to be a volunteer at Leighton Hospital. I push a tea and coffee trolley around the ward serving hot drinks to patients. I hope my smile helps their recovery.
