Hello, Please can I ask if any trusts have community Volunteer roles that visit patients in their own homes, lone volunteering. We are looking at specifically follow up sessions in the community with patients as part of an art/music/activity in the home project. We are looking for any role descriptions and policies you might have and also any experience in setting this up.
