How can I develop a high-impact volunteering role?
Following our work with a wide range of NHS Trusts for the Volunteering Innovators Programme, we have developed an extensive range of materials to support volunteering leaders who wish to adopt and adapt the following high impact volunteering roles:
Each service guide contains highly detailed information and guidance to help you develop the role from start to finish. And if you are not sure about anything in the guide, you can just send us an email to help@helpforce.community and a member of our team will get in touch with you to offer support.
Need more support?
We understand that some volunteering leaders would prefer a more direct contact to help them get started. So at Helpforce, we are running a support programme for NHS Trusts who are interested in developing one of the above programmes.
Participants of those support groups will have the opportunity to join a series of mini online workshops to learn the key steps in starting a new service. They will also get to connect with each other through WhatsApp Groups and online special interest groups on Helpforce Connect - our online platform for members of the Helpforce Network.
