Having a difficult conversation with your volunteers

This facilitated but informal discussion is suitable for members who are interested in exchanging ideas on how to have that difficult conversation with a volunteer. If you have a good example of a difficult conversation that you would be willing to discuss please come along and share this experience with other network members.

These sessions provide a safe space for you to share knowledge, ideas and challenges. Please do, bring along your questions and any knotty issues you’d like to discuss.
