Bruce ensure that patients have a positive experience

Bruce Rimmer out of his way to ensure patients feel welcome as well as reassured. The area at Chase Hospital that Bruce covers can be extremely busy and highly demanding, and he always continues to assist with a smile.

Bruce’s presence is very much welcome, needed, and appreciated. On occasions when patients are distressed or agitated Bruce will go and find out how much longer the patients will be waiting for and apologise about the waiting time which puts the patient at ease.

He brightens up the day as soon as he arrives and has no idea how much he's liked and valued. On Bruce’s days off, staff often say "where's Bruce today?” It would give the team great pleasure if Bruce could be recognised for going over and beyond, ensuring patients leave Chase Farm with a positive experience.
