Helpforce’s volunteer journey research

Over the summer, we worked with an organisation called Snook to look at the volunteer journey in the NHS.With support from a number of trusts including West Suffolk, Chelsea and Westminster, Leeds Teaching Hospitals, Northumbria Healthcare, Southampton, and Sandwell & West Birmingham, we learned a lot about the experiences of volunteers across the country.We have created a short report that highlights the research and includes the methodology, limitations, and key findings.
