Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner in Cheshire

Phillip Irlam came to the ICS Workforce Team initially as a volunteer through his work with St Johns Ambulance, whilst also working full time at a retail organisation. He has supported the various vaccination sites both in Staffordshire and in Cheshire.

Philip has quickly become a highly trusted, reliable and knowledgeable member of the ICS People Hub workforce and has realised that helping others in the health and care was wanted to do on a long-term basis; as a consequence, he started to look for a development role in the sector and he now has a role as a Trainee Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner in Cheshire. Despite his commitments, Philip still wants to support Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent with the vaccinations being delivered in Autumn 2022 and we of course will welcome him back.
