I am looking for some advice please, we are struggling with getting a process in place for volunteers to be eligible for a guaranteed interview for a paid job in BDCT.

I am looking for somebody who would be happy to meet and share there process who use similar software please?

We use assemble for the recruitment of volunteers and our trust uses TRAC for recruitment of paid staff.
