Hoping someone might be able to help with some research on behalf of a network colleague. A trust in Sussex would like to set up a volunteer mobility programme from scratch and have specified that it will be nurse-led.

We have several examples of excellent mobility programmes led by therapy teams but none led by nursing staff - just wondering if anyone has experience of nurse-led mobility initiatives?

Any examples you are able to share will be much appreciated.
