Becky; we have used R2R for a couple of years now, really easy to sign up to, nominate and use. The volunteers who have received their free break have been blown away. You are allocated a certain number of awards, dependent on how many volunteers you have in your organisation. The website is really good, and you can contact them directly if you have any issues. I highly recommend it as a simple way to say thanks to your volunteers.
