Hi Clare,
We do have our volunteers on ESR.
Happy to arrange a call to chat about this if you wish :)

We are working to get our volunteers on ESR and Health roster, which is taking some time to do. If that helps.

@Alison McNallyThanks Alison. There's been no mention yet of them going on E-roster. Why is it taking time? Our Better impact licence is up for renewal in April but I have been told it might not be 'doable' to get all the volunteers on ESR by then

@Clare Mellor
It is taking time because we had no real record of our volunteers attendance so it was a case of emailing out to all and a lot returned to say they would not be back due to starting Uni, or they were elderly volunteers who either had ill health or just did not want to volunteer anymore. However, we believe this has helps us to clean our system and by having them on e-roster will help with the data collection for NHSE. We were able to get better impact due to cost in our Trust.

Hi,
Can I be included in any meeting to talk about volunteers on ESR?
Thanks

Do any Trusts put their volunteers on ESR rather than using a volunteer database? If so, how does it work for you particularly in terms of recording training history?
