General Duties:
Volunteers will assist and support staff in welcoming patients, relatives, carers and visitors. You would form part of a team of dedicated volunteers offering support to staff and non-medical assistance to patients accessing our emergency services. Whilst there are no specific qualifications required for this post, the volunteer will need to possess good communication and listening skills along with skills of empathy, patience, understanding and resilience.
