Sharing from the frontline: How the volunteering team at the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS FT overcame the challenges during Covid-19

We are delighted to announce that for this month's webinar, we will be joined by the Volunteering Team at the Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who will share their success stories of how the team has been overcoming the challenges posed by Covid-19 and how their volunteers have still been able to support the Trust throughout.
It's also our pleasure to confirm that two of the volunteers from the Trust will also join the webinar to share their real experiences, from the beginning of their journey of becoming volunteers until now and how they have been able to adapt to changes, such as using new technologies, to provide support to staff and patients. They will speak about how they first started as a ward companion, becoming a vaccination volunteer, to raising funds that helped the Trust received £18,000 within a year.
