Has anyone produced or contributed to a Code of Conduct or Protocol for Volunteers - with a particular emphasis on Vaccination Station / Testing Site environment?

I'm looking to provide a simple document for our Responders to agree to that will remove the benefit of doubt and any misunderstanding with regard to banter / inappropriate comments made in jest, stepping wide of the mark etc. I'm looking to cover any issues that may have a consequence to us and how a Volunteer can make a complaint about another Volunteer or a staff member.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Many thanks

John

Hi John, this may be a little late for you but we do ask volunteers to sign an agreement to say that they have read and understood all the risks, training etc.

We include boundary training in their welcome packs too.
