Hi everybody
I'd like to share an update with you around the falls prevention community exercise volunteer initiative further to my previous post
The project leads at Kingston Hospital have been working with our Insight and Impact (I&I) service to plan how they will measure the impact of the ‘falls prevention community exercise’ initiative.
You can view the current thinking around this within the I&I tool here.
At the top of the page you will see a bar listing each of the I&I stages (1.Define – 2.Design – 3.Collect – 4.Evaluate). Currently only stages 1 and 2 are available to view.
Stage 1 Define provides a description of the project objectives, beneficiaries, and audiences.
Stage 2 Design presents an outcome model linking all activities to outcomes and a data model that identifies how each outcome will be measured.
As action plans are agreed, data collection tools are created (e.g. surveys) and data is collected you will be able to access Stage 3 Collect.
Once data is analysed, the high-level findings will be presented at Stage 4 Evaluate.
If you would like to have a go at creating your own I&I evaluation project please visit https://helpforce.community/iandi/landing-page and click ‘ Get started’.
