I'd be glad of any help/guidance about Hospital Buggy Services. Until March we had a buggy, driven by volunteers, taking patients and visitors from the car parks to the hospital entrance. The Trust is looking at resuming this shortly, with a new buggy in place. As Vol Co-ordinator I've recruited to the service, but not 'managed' it. If your Trust/organisation has a buggy service I'd be interested to know who 'runs' it/who risk assessed it for use by volunteers. This hasn't been formally identified in our Trust and I'd like to ensure areas of responsibility are clearer in the 'new normal'. Many thanks for any thoughts/advice, Elizabeth Pollard, Plymouth:)
