This was really helpful this morning so thank you for hosting the event, i do already have a meeting booked in with Melissa this friday but this discussion Im sure will help lots too. As an overview Im currently seconded to this role with Oxford Health to specifically look at volunteer support for the waiting lists. Im starting with Wiltshire CAMHS including NDC and Adult ED. I have also booked on already to the social prescribing event and i am aware its something the trust are looking into on a more boarder scale.
I am keen to hear from anyone that has come up against any concerns from teams around risk and responsibilities of unpaid volunteers. This is something i have been navigating recently.

Hello all,
It was great to see so many network members at the Waiting Well launch this morning. Thank you to everyone who expressed an interest in finding out more about the programme - we will be in touch soon to arrange an initial chat.
If you have ideas for volunteer roles that could support people on waiting lists, or if you are already running a project that you would like to scale up, please use this space to share your ideas or to ask for help from network colleagues or the Helpforce team.
