How do you currently acknowledge and celebrate your voluntary services?
Following on from our Focused session on "Shining a light on your volunteering service" Sally Darley, Volunteering Services Manager at Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust demonstrates how they have used case studies on social media to raise the visibility of their volunteers.
"We have a staff Facebook page and sharing the staff case study worked well. Other services commented and I was then able to follow these up. This format seemed to get more response than email or bulletin and also created a bit of healthy competition. The volunteer case study was shared on internal and external social media."
