Working with volunteers could be a very rewarding experience, but equally challenging. It’s not uncommon for volunteer service managers/coordinators to have difficult conversations with volunteers to resolve conflicts. As those conversations are not easy to make, we sometimes want to put them off or rush into because we need to get them out of the way. As a result, the outcomes from those conversations are hardly beneficial or positive for both parties.

These slides aim to give you a framework that will helped you prepare for those conversations, making sure they are beneficial for you and your volunteers.
