Helpforce are supporting SLaM in implementing and evaluating a community transition volunteer. This role will befriend mental health service users during their time on the ward and extend their support into community settings supporting service users to engage with their hobbies.

We will soon share the role profile and training material, but for now here is the generic volunteer manual provided during induction.
