West Yorkshire & Harrogate - Health and Wellbeing Pathway

We're really pleased to be able to share this example of an early stage pathway from West Yorkshire and Harrogate Health and Care Partnership. This work takes a holistic look at how a whole system can create pathways to improve health and wellbeing.

This has been created in partnership with the VCSE Sector and has the contribution that can be made by volunteering projects built into it.

We think this is an excellent example of how looking at the role and contribution of volunteering at an early stage demonstrates the benefits of integration.
