Nicki, Scott and Emma have been consistent and punctual with the sessions and the service users they support really enjoy their presence. They have a good time, and mix well with the staff members and families.

On multiple occasions, all three have led specific activities, facilitated sub-team discussions and brought new ideas to the sessions. They have led in group games and mindfulness activities and show consistent respect to the SEN needs of the service users. They have shown confidence and initiative even during the COVID-19 period when the style of delivery changed.
