I have also just started to look for training and materials for wheelchair use too so would be interested in anything that is shared with you.

Hi George,
I remembered we had a forum thread a while ago on this topic - the link to the page and the forum thread is here and it includes an example of some best practice guidelines for volunteers, kindly provided by @Jane Goldsmith at Dudley Group Hospitals.
I will keep an eye out for other examples.

Hi all, I am looking for training materials that cover the safe use of wheelchairs in our Atrium Welcome volunteer role. Can anyone point me in the right direction or share any resources?
