Recruitment Awareness Day letter example

Thank you for expressing an interest in our community volunteer “settle in service”.

We are running an awareness day to enable us to provide you with some more information about the project and would like to invite you to attend on:

DATE: Thursday 16th May 2019

TIME: 11.00am – 4.30pm

VENUE: Please report to WEST OUTPATIENT RECEPTION DESK, LEVEL 2 WEST BLOCK ON ARRIVAL

The aim of the day is to provide you with an introduction to the service, and provide us with the opportunity to meet you and to discuss the possibility of a voluntary placement within this very exciting project. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
