The following training module has been created by Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, based on the Volunteer Learning modules developed by NHS England, E-Learning or Healthcare. The training has been adapted, and in some cases condensed, to provide an accessible format, ensuring that all volunteers have the same basic learning when they start in their role. You can find additional information in the Notes section of each slide.
Please be aware that some of the content may be specific to Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and adapted based on our local requirements (eg Safeguarding Adults, Prevent and Safeguarding Children). A number of these modules have been condensed due to the content being extremely long and difficult to deliver face to face in a reasonable time frame.
Thank you to Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust for sharing the attached PowerPoint which has been adapted from the online content so it can be delivered face to face, and if required printed in a booklet format.
