Supporting volunteers to access databases and learning programmes

Learning new technology can take time and some volunteers may need a little bit more guidance than others. To help their volunteers EAST AND NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE NHS TRUST have created two very useful documents

EAST AND NORTH HERTFORDSHIRE NHS TRUST use Better Impact as their Volunteer Database Program. It allows volunteers to sign-up for shifts, log hours, leave feedback, and create a personal profile.
