Volunteering Management Systems: Hillingdon proposal presentation

The Proposal

•Implementing a dedicated volunteer management system

•An end to end volunteer management system is desperately needed

•Keeping all the data in one place

•With intelligent work flow processes in place

•Become digitally advanced. The chosen platform (Assemble) has an app volunteers can download.

•They can check in on arrival – currently an ad-hoc ‘sign in’

•Reducing the paper time sheet which requires manual admin to log shifts on to a spreadsheet

•Better at accurately reporting ‘time given’ and impact of volunteering so I can evidence the hours vs financial contribution of volunteering

•I am time poor.
