Webinar: “NHS Charities Together supporting young people to volunteer”

The Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and NHS Charities Together, match funded the Volunteering Futures Fund (VFF). The core objective of the fund was to support young people who experience barriers to volunteering to build their skills, wellbeing and social networks through volunteering.

Helpforce worked with NHS Charities Together to support monitoring activities aligned to the VFF. Fourteen organisations from across the country took part in the programme and this webinar will provide an overview of the activities, successes and challenges met when engaging with young volunteers.

Guest speaker Georgina Killingworth, NHS Charities Together Monitoring & Evaluation Officer, and the Helpforce Insight and Impact team share the learning from this exciting programme.
