What matters to people for health and care, during COVID-19 and beyond - new I Statements 2020

This report is drawn from National Voices OurCOVIDVoices platform, which asked people to contribute their personal experiences and stories, and features some co-produced recommendations as to how people would like to be treated, and how they would shape services.
What I found interesting in this report is that patients would like to have two-way communications approach between them and the healthcare providers. Maybe volunteers can help in this area some how to show patients that people are willing to listen to their issues and act on them.
