Engage Volunteer Role Description: Salisbury

Candidates must show:

· An interest in working with older adults and/or an interest in psychology

· Commitment to weekly volunteering (ideally 3hrs) for a minimum of 6 months

· Commitment to attending training and supervision (approx. 1 hour per month)

· Good communication skills

· Ability to show unconditional positive regard to people they meet

· Ability to work well within a team

· We need volunteers to be committed to the programme and be flexible enough with time commitments to attend additional training and supervision

· Working as part of a team is also important
