I lead on Community Engagement and Patient Involvement for the Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust and work a lot in the STP/ICS space for our local footprint.  Most of the work that the team and I do in the Trust is around engaging on service developments/changes; facilitating patient groups and panels; engaging the seldom heard; volunteering; co-production.  I am an Advanced Practitioner of the Consultation Institute.
