I joined the Helpforce team in Feb 2021 wanting to further build on their existing success stories in unlocking the potential of volunteers in health and care. Prior to this I worked in consultancy delivering projects in partnership with an array of health and care organisations across the UK, Ireland and Dubai. My experience mainly lies in workforce planning and improvement projects, particularly within Cancer and across ICS/STPs. I am trained in Change Acceleration Processes and am a certified scrum master.
