Lead nurse for Therapeutic Support @ South Tees I have the  pleasure of supporting our amazing army of volunteers ,  therapeutic  care support workers  and work experience . The first  8 volunteers recruited in 2013 have enabled me to develop a substantive  service that provides 1-1 enhanced care to patients .  The journey  has been awesome and the programme continues  to evolve
