Hello, I have recently been appointed as Volunteer Coordinator in Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. My background is clinical - I am a Specialist Occupational Therapist working in Mental Health (mainly Adult CMHT) over the last 25 years. I am keen to develop what is a small service and learn ways to make the process easier and fairer.
