To manage the development, functions and implementation of volunteering within the Trust in order to promote social inclusion, and active citizenship, for those people who use services and their carers. To be responsible for planning, writing and maintaining long term volunteer strategies in recruitment, retention and operational productivity in complex and challenging enviroments of all the Trust Campuses. To recruit, select, place appropriately, line manage and support volunteers within the range of the Trusts settings, service units on all campues, including supporting, managing, acting as a co-ordinating link for any local and natianol volunteer organistions working within the Trust or externaly on the Trusts behalf.
