I am currently the workforce programme manager for Hertfordshire and West Essex STP, on secondment from one of the CCGs in the area until April. For the past six months, we have been developing our workforce strategy, and I have particularly been leading on the attraction, recruitment and retention elements. Across the board though we are very aware that we need to increase involvement and integration with the voluntary sector and excited about the prospects for this project. Completely non-work related, but outside of work I like to run (hence the profile picture!). I also volunteer for a fair few things - although I must admit largely running related activities!
