There was a 41% increase in number of referrals received to Bradford Dementia Hub, (provided by Inspire North) via the Bradford District Care FT Memory Assessment Team (n=457 referrals pre intervention vs 630 during the intervention).
However, there was a decrease in the number of these referrals accepted by the patient to pursue the full service (n=215 referrals pre intervention vs 208 during intervention).
