Improved emotional wellbeing

93% of service users agreed or strongly agreed that hub support cheered them up / improved their mood (n= 362).

85% of service users agreed or strongly agreed that the hub's support improved their self esteem (n= 362).

Additionally, there were signs that new service user respondents improved their satisfaction with their emotional wellbeing, life satisfaction, happiness and feelings that the things they do are worthwhile, during their time accessing hub support (n=100 pre-survey, vs 85 post survey).
