88% of service users agreed or strongly agreed that the hub's support made them feel less lonely / isolated (n=362).

Additionally, after a period of accessing hub support, new service user respondents were more likely to agree that they were content with their friendships and relationships and that they had enough people they felt comfortable asking for help at any time (n= 101 pre-survey, 85 post-survey).
