Improved staff perception of volunteers

Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are beneficial to the organisation increased from 90% to 100% (n=29 pre,21 post).
100% of staff agreed or strongly agreed they enjoy working with volunteers and 100% of staff reported their experience of working with volunteers was as or more positive than expected (n=20 post).
