Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are beneficial to the organisation increased from 78% to 89% (n=9 pre,9 post).

89% of staff agreed or strongly agreed they enjoy working with volunteers and 100% of staff reported their experience of working with volunteers was as or more positive than expected (n=9 post).
