Over the course of the Volunteer to Career project....

The proportion of staff who agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers are helpful in allowing them time to deliver good quality care increased from 69% to 100% (n=29 pre, n=21 post).

71% of staff agreed or strongly agreed that volunteers freed up some of their time, estimating an average of 93 mins saved by volunteers per interaction (n=21).
